On April 10, Qatar introduced an additional daily service from Doha to Muscat, taking its weekly flights to Oman to 70.

Another service to Muscat will commence on June 15.

Both services will be operated by an Airbus A320 with 12 seats in business class, and 132 in economy class.

From April 10:

Flight QR 1138 departs Doha at 11h25 and arrives in Muscat at 14h15. Return flight QR1139 departs Muscat at 15h35, arriving in Doha at 16h20. This service will be suspended during the month of Ramadan, from May 16 until June 15, and will resume after the Eid holiday.

From June 15:

Flight QR1124 will depart Doha at 16h55, arriving in Muscat at 19h45. Return flight QR1125 will depart Muscat at 22h10 and will arrive in Doha at 22h55.

The additional frequencies will provide increased connectivity to destinations such as Bangkok, London, Manila, Bali and Istanbul, among others.

Qatar has also resumed services to Erbil and Sulamaniyah in Iraq, after suspending both routes in November last year.
