Poll: Do you offer to book add-ons?
I always offer add-ons when selling packages.
Only when I am familiar with the product.
Only when the client asks for extra activities.
It depends how I feel that day.
I try to avoid selling add-ons.

Club Med will open two new resorts, one in France and one in Japan, by the end of the year.

Club Med Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon Resort in the French Alps will open in December, and will be its new flagship ski resort. The resort has 420 rooms, including family suites.

Guests will also be able to explore the Samoëns village by taking the express ski lift followed by shuttles to the town centre. In addition to accommodation and meals, the all-inclusive packages to Samoëns cover ski/snowboarding equipment, ski lessons and lift passes to five ski stations that include Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine and a natural ski park in Sixt Fer a Cheval.

Club Med Tomamu in Hokkaido, Japan, will open in November, and caters for families, couples and single travellers.

The 322 rooms are influenced by modern Japanese style, and the resort will offer restaurants, daily kids’ ski clubs, an evening babysitting service, and a fitness centre.

Skiers can enjoy a range of activities, including ski and snowboard lessons for all skills levels and ages, snow trekking, snow rafting adventures and ice slides.
