Survey winner announced Today's News

Earlier this week, eTNW ran a survey asking travel agents how they felt about charging service fees. Some agents feel quite comfortable charging service fees while others feel nervous to charge for fear of losing a client.

We received a lot of responses but, as always, there can only be one winner.

And the winner is … *drum roll* … Jelena Williams.

Jelena is from Riga, Latvia, but moved to South Africa a year ago. She says she is thankful to be able to work from home and still do what she loves. She has worked in the travel and hospitality industry most of her life and cherishes time with her family.

Congratulations, Jelena. Your prize is on its way.

Look out for the next eTNW survey and, who knows, maybe you’ll be our next lucky winner.
